Ania is a specialist in human nutrition and a registered dietician, a graduate of Warsaw Medical University’s Health Sciences Faculty.
She gained her substantive and practical skills during her many internships in Warsaw hospitals and is constantly broadening her knowledge through participation in conferences, training courses and daily reading of trade magazines, books, and scientific research.
She specializes in dietary based preventive treatments and dietary therapies using alternative (vegetarian and vegan) diets.
She promotes an innovative approach to diet as a positive lifetime change in eating habits in order to achieve better health and enjoyment of life.
Privately, she is long-term vegetarian and now a vegan.
