IMPORTANT: before making the payment, please contact us by e-mail to arrange your reservation and to send a brief description of your health. An advance payment without prior email contact does not mean a room reservation.

Payment of a deposit in the amount of PLN 6,000 no later than within 3 days from the date the Organizer confirms participation in the session.

The rest of amount has to be paid in the day of arrival by banking transfer or cash.

After making the advance payment, please send the confirmation and telephone number to: kontakt@ekofolwark.pl

• The order of applications confirmed by payment decides about the admission to the program. (first-come, first-serve basis)
• The dates of a course will be confirmed by e-mail 7 days before its commencement.
• The course begins with a dinner at 18.00, and ends with breakfast.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel a course in the event of unforeseen problems or contingencies.
• The organiser will notify by e-mail about the possible need to change the date, quoting the next available dates or will refund the advance payment.
